New Academic Calendar and Attendance rules

The new academic calendar is attached for this term.

The most important changes are:

1) The time slots for quizzes have been fixed.
2) Subject-wise 75% attendance is the minimum requirement to appear in any of the quizzes. This shall be strictly implemented. 

Kindly ensure that you maintain the minimum attendance so that you are allowed to appear in the quizzes.

Do note the new class timings. All periods will have a 5-min break in between them for easy movement of students to the next classroom.

The students are required to register themselves for the term 1702 on the following dates according to the schedules given below:

•  2nd Jan, 2018 - 2nd, 3rd, 4th yr

• 3rd Jan 2018 - 2nd yr and 3rd yr

Timings - 10am-3.30 pm ( Lunch-1-2 pm)

 

Required documents:

1. Undertaking for attendance signed by parents
2. Anti ragging affidavit signed by student****
3. Anti ragging affidavit signed by parents****

(with out any of the above documents, the student will not be allowed for registration)
